Brad Lovell grew up camping and 4-wheeling in the Colorado backcountry. As his taste for off-roading grew, he made treks with his family to the legendary trails of Moab, UT. His professional career started out in 2004 rockcrawling with his brother Roger. Together they won 6 rockcrawling championships in 6 years and stand shoulder to shoulder with the best in the sport.
Brad Lovell has also proven himself as one of the most versatile off-road drivers in North America. In addition to successes in rockcrawling, he has won multiple championships in rock racing, and victories in desert racing and hill climbs. He has amassed 10 championships and 34 victories which earned him the honor of Dirtsports Rock Racer of the Year in 2009. Eager for a new challenge he focused on TORC and joined the Pro-Light field in 2010.
Whether behind the wheel of his #232 rock racer, #44 Pro-Light, or 1946 Willys Jeep Brad is always looking to push the limit. He races a varied schedule including the King of the Hammers, Vegas to Reno, and rock races.
Brad will also pilot his #44 AMSOIL Nissan Pro-Light in the legendary Pikes Peak International Hill Climb.
Racing is a full-time occupation for Brad so when he is not at the track, he is hard at work in the shop or enjoying time with his wife and sons. He lives in Colorado Springs, CO close to his family, which is the backbone of Lovell Racing.
