INDIANAPOLIS (Nov. 22, 2011) – You think things would have settled down on the Traxxas TORC Series, presented by AMSOIL, following that epic battle between PRO 4 Drivers Ricky Johnson and Johnny Greaves at Charlotte – and then again at Bark River International Raceway.
Think again.
This Wednesday night, Nov. 23, short course off-road racing fans will witness firsthand why Scott Douglas and Mark Jenkins won’t be sitting down for a turkey dinner together here in a couple days. The two went at it hard this summer and Wednesday’s HD show on Discovery’s Velocity Channel gives TORC fans a rare inside look at two men about to hit their breaking points.
Said Douglas: “He’s (Jenkins) kinda got up-to-speed … (but) he doesn’t quite have the full picture.”
Added Jenkins: “Scott Douglas and I have had a history since I was in PRO 2. I’m tired of that history. I know the scorecard and … you know … he needs to pay a visit to my office at some point.”
